Shana has over 20 years of business, real estate, leadership and coaching experience and now works as a  full time Coach, Consultant and Trainer as the VP of Growthward Consulting. Beginning her real estate career in the administrative space, she has also been a top producing Real Estate Agent, held a leadership position in a growing property management firm and spent over 8 years on the leadership team at Keller Williams, the  largest and most successful Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Alaska. 

Shana  has developed  a unique view of business and personal development through her diverse professional background, and is passionate about people and business.  Throughout her career she has studied the mindset, habits, and systems required to build a successful business, regardless of industry.

It is Shana's firm belief that a business and all goals will grow to the extent that you do. On average, her consulting clients have seen year-over-year business growth of 30%. More importantly they have found deep satisfaction from their careers because of the balance that Shana has helped them introduce into their lives and overall health. In addition to achieving goals and dreams with her clients, Shana strives to build a predictable and sustainable long term business that allows every entrepreneur to reach their full potential and build a lasting legacy through daily focus. 

She’s the co-founder of the Christopher Walden Foundation of Hope - a Non Profit formed to provide accessible drug and alcohol rehabilitation for those in need.  Shana also has three beautiful daughters and sons’ in-law and two grandchildren and a Mini Aussie named Lucy. . She has lived in Alaska nearly her entire life. She's a bit of a health and fitness nut and a lover of the outdoors.
