Luis Carmona

Luis started his real estate career in Los Angeles in 2007 at the onset of the financial crisis. During his first few years in the business, he represented bank REOs and helped clients with loan modifications and short sales. Since then he has built a real estate team that specializes in complex transactions, investments, and creating win-win solutions.

He’s also completed 40 fix-and-flip projects in the ultra-competitive LA market. Now he uses that experience to help investors source, analyze and manage remodel investment projects.

He also owns a tax resolution company and a construction company is the Director of Expansion for a nationwide real estate network, and is the President of the Los Feliz Lions Club, a local nonprofit organization.
